Real Support for
Real Life

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Stress builds, relationships get complicated, and major transitions can leave you feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

We provide straightforward, compassionate therapy and psychological evaluations for individuals, couples, families, and children. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, or personal growth, this is a space to gain clarity, build practical tools, and create lasting change.

Our Approach

You don’t need a diagnosis to come to therapy. Sometimes you just need a place to talk, sort things out, and get support during a tough or transitional time. That’s what this space is for.

Life gets hard. Relationships get complicated. Stress builds. Therapy gives you a place to slow it down, make sense of what’s going on, and figure out what you actually want moving forward.

My approach is straightforward, low-pressure, and non-judgmental. I meet you where you are and tailor the work to fit you—not the other way around. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Crisis Intervention, and Motivational Interviewing, depending on what’s most helpful for you.

Together, we’ll work on processing what’s weighing on you, reducing anxiety and depression, and shifting patterns that aren’t working anymore. The goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you understand yourself better and make changes that actually stick.

I have extensive experience working with trauma, including with military members and those in public safety roles. If that’s part of your story, you’ll be working with someone who understands the unique pressures that come with it.

At the end of the day, this is about helping you get clearer on what you want out of your life and your relationships—and supporting you in getting there.

About

I’m Jessica Saran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with deep experience in both mental health and high-acuity medical settings. My work is grounded in real-world experience—supporting people through crisis, trauma, complex medical challenges, and major life transitions.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in public safety. That background shaped how I show up today: direct, calm under pressure, and focused on helping people navigate difficult situations in practical, no-nonsense ways. In therapy, I bring the same approach; creating a space that is supportive, straightforward, and genuinely useful.

I specialize in psychological testing and evaluation, providing clear, comprehensive assessments that give insight, direction, and clarity to your treatment or educational needs. My clinical practice also focuses on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, mood-related concerns, and life transitions. I help clients navigate relationship challenges, work stress, burnout, grief, and identity and personal growth issues.

I also work with children and adolescents, providing developmentally appropriate therapy tailored to their unique emotional and behavioral needs. This includes supporting children with ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and co-occurring concerns, while collaborating closely with parents and families to strengthen communication, structure, and support at home.

I have advanced training in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), supporting individuals with tic disorders, OCD, and anxiety. I also provide crisis support, helping clients stabilize during acute situations while building long-term coping and emotional regulation skills.

A significant focus of my work is supporting military members, veterans, first responders, and other public safety professionals. I understand the unique stressors and culture of these roles and approach this work with clinical expertise and respect for the experiences you bring.

In addition to mental health treatment, I bring extensive experience in medical and behavioral health, including transplant and reproductive health. I support individuals navigating chronic illness, medical stress, and complex healthcare systems, recognizing the strong connection between physical and emotional well-being.

My approach is individualized and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, or everyday stress, the focus is on understanding what’s happening, developing strategies that work, and making meaningful changes that improve your daily life.

Having conducted hundreds of clinical assessments and collaborated across multidisciplinary teams, I bring a well-rounded perspective on both diagnosis and treatment. My goal is simple: help you get clear, get unstuck, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable.
